In the end it’s never been about making myself happy. I’ve always put people before myself. It’s too late in my life to try and be selfish. I guess I’m going to have to settle with finding happiness in giving people what they want.
People annoy me.

Why is that so damn much to ask? I try my best to put in all the effort I can, and I get nothing in return. Is it self-centered to want some acknowledgement? Maybe it is. Maybe I just don’t live up to anyone’s expectations, which is why I get none back. It just sucks knowing that I try so hard to make sure everyone else around me is happy, while no one is there to take care of...
